So many of you are struggling with acne around you

This is a question that has been coming up a lot with my private clients so I thought I would share a comparison chart for you all.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
BOTH contain the most essential acne fighting nutrient - vitamin A.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
BOTH contain skin calming and anti-inflammatory vitamin D.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However...Cod Liver Oil contains key omegas so if you're Team Beef Liver and not eating oily fish at least 5 times a week then you will probably need to take an additional omega-3 supplement.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

On the flip side, if you are Team CLO, then you will need to make sure you are getting those all important skin healing and hormone balancing nutrients such as Zinc, Selenium, Iron and B vitamins elsewhere in your diet!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Whilst double cleansing might seem like a major chore at the end of the day (it's not as boring as brushing your teeth though)...if you wear SPF (which you should!) or make-up then cleansing twice is an important step to clearer, healthier skin!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Removing SPF and make-up before you cleanse means that your regular cleanser can focus on cleansing your skin instead of having to work its way through layers of make-up and sunscreen. This means a much more thorough cleanse so you can get optimum results from your leave-on beauty products!

This client has seen amazing results in just 7 weeks. Her skin is less inflamed, calmer and all that remains is some mild pigmentation which will clear up in no time!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The biggest issue for this client was her long term abuse of topical steroid creams for eczema that she'd been using since her teens! Her skin had become "addicted" to the steroid cream and every time she tried to wean herself off the drug, her skin would flare up really badly so she'd go back to using it regularly!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Her situation got more complicated when at 30 she started to develop acne. Not realising that her steroid use may have been the cause, she tried a tonne of other acne treatments that made no difference to her skin.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
