This could possibly be the best kefir smoothie recipe ever! You may of heard me rambling on last week about the amazing benefits of kefir in my article “Hello Kefir, Goodbye Acne” and on Monday I was telling you all the amazing beauty benefits of mint as part of my acne clearing superfoods series, so I thought i’d combine these two superfoods with raspberries (rich in antioxidants!), banana and bee pollen (see my post on the Beauty Buzz of Bee Pollen here) and create a delicious beauty-boosting smoothie.
Mint, Raspberry & Kefir Smoothie

The banana and kefir give this smoothie a really indulgent, creamy texture which works beautifully against the sweetness of the mint and raspberries – topped of with some bee pollen it makes for a truly delicious drink!
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 250g Raspberries
- 300ml Kefir
- Handful of Mint
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Sprinkle of bee pollen (optional)
Method:
Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Finish with a sprinkle of bee pollen or a dash of your favourite sweetener if needed.
